Our Story

Lotus Medical Career College was established in Pomona to serve one of California's most diverse communities. What started as a CNA training program has grown into a comprehensive healthcare career ladder — CNA, HHA, RNA, and LVN — serving the Inland Empire and greater Los Angeles area.

Our campus on Holt Avenue features clinical simulation labs, equipped classrooms, and industry-standard diagnostic equipment. We partner with six clinical facilities across the San Bernardino and Los Angeles corridor to give students real-world training in professional settings.

Today, over 1,000 graduates carry the LMCC name into hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and clinics throughout Southern California.

Our Mission

Reflecting our diverse community, we train, educate, and prepare multiethnic healthcare professionals by leveraging cultural and multilingual knowledge. We strive to meet the medical needs of our socially diverse community by developing professionals with multiethnic understanding and a patient-centered approach.
